ETRIA Portal

By the decision of the ETRIA Executive Board and as it was discussed at the annual ETRIA Membership Meeting during TRIZ Future Conference 2008, in 2009 the former ETRIA structure known as "ETRIA Global Coordination Group" will be replaced by the "ETRIA Country Representatives Group". The decision was made to improve effectiveness of dealing with country and regional representatives of ETRIA. Each representative or a group of representatives will act on behalf of ETRIA and will be responsible for local ETRIA activities in his/her country, such as workshops, meetings or any other non-profit public events. The country representatives will have to be the ETRIA members and have to report to ETRIA on a regular basis.

As decided at the latest meeting of the ETRIA Executive Board, since March 2009 new rules of ETRIA Membership will apply. A membership in ETRIA will only be possible on annual basis by participating in any event organized by ETRIA or by its local (country) representatives, such as the global ETRIA conference "TRIZ Future", or regional workshops, or public events. A fee for participation in such events will automatically include ETRIA membership fee. This will grant a participant the ETRIA membership for one year. To extend membership, it will be necessary to participate in any other ETRIA event next year.

The latest edition of the TRIZ Future 2008 Conference took place on November 5-7, 2008, in Enschede, The Netherlands. The event gathered about 90 participants from 20 countries, and featured 36 paper presentations, 4 keynote talks and 3 tutorials.  

Proceedings of the conference as well as keynote presentations in digital form are freely available to all ETRIA members in the membership section of the portal. Please select "Conference Proceedings" option from the left menu after you log in to the portal.
